We are delighted to welcome back Jessica J. Lee who is the editor, and contributors Dasom Yang and Pema Monaghan to showcase the exciting work from the WillowHerb Review.
Jessica J. Lee is a British-Canadian-Taiwanese author, environmental historian, and the founding editor of The Willowherb Review. Her most recent book, Two Trees Make a Forest, was shortlisted for both the Boardman Tasker Award for Mountain Literature and the Hilary Weston Writers’ Trust Prize for Non-Fiction.
Dasom Yang is a writer and translator from South Korea, now living in Berlin. She studied literature and creative writing in Ohio and Dublin, Ireland. Her essays, poems, and translations have been published in the US, Ireland, Germany, and South Korea. She is an editorial assistant for The Willowherb Review, a journal of nature writing by writers of color.
Pema Monaghan is a Tibetan-Australian writer and journalist living in London. Pema has recently published work in The Willowherb Review, Ache magazine, gal-dem, Extra Teeth magazine, and with Three of Cups press. Along with the artist Oscar Price, Pema runs Takeaway Press, a small house that publishes collaborations between artists and writers. Pema is currently working on her first novel.
